At Jeffries Inspection Services, LLC, everything revolves around family. We are – and have always been – a family-run operation. When you hire us, you choose a brother, a son, a father, and a nephew. With home purchases so often intertwined with family, we’re able to offer a valuable perspective to the home-buying process.

Our current owner, Bob Jeffries, started inspecting homes in 1995. Before that, Bob spent 21 years in the airline industry honing his attention to detail, which continues to serve him well as a home inspector. Bob’s sales experience taught him how to work with a variety people and many years in remodeling taught him the anatomy of a good home.

Bob’s father-in-law founded Bloomfield Home Inspections in 1987. In 1995, Bob joined the company, and took over the business in 2000. He continued the family tradition and welcomed his son Grant, his brother Jon, and his nephews Blake and Brad, and brother-in-law Mark. We are now Jeffries Home Inspections, LLC, a name that reflects the common heritage of our growing team.

We’re all proud Michiganders who love college football and vacationing at our cottage in Traverse City. And no matter where we go, family is almost always along for the ride. We work together, we play together, and learn together. 

Our tight-knit family uses a team-based approach to give our customers the best service in Southeastern Michigan. We typically bring a minimum of two inspectors to every job site, doubling our efforts to complete your inspection in record time.
